The Night before My Birthday Bookis proud to partner with Birthday Wishes, a nonprofit organization based in Natick, MA by donating $1.00 for every book sold on this website. The Night Before My Birthday Book and Birthday Wishes are about connection, celebration, and creating joyful, loving memories that last a lifetime. The mission of Birthday Wishes is to improve and empower the lives of homeless children and their families by providing joy, play, and hope through the magic of a birthday party. Their goal is to ensure that children experiencing the trauma of homelessness have the opportunity to celebrate their birthday joyfully, surrounded by family, friends and others who care. A birthday is a meaningful event in the life of a child. Birthday celebrations are a way we show children that they matter, belong, and that our lives are richer because of them.
More Than A Book
“This is much more than a book. It is an opportunity to create a ritual that gives across the entire year. We don't have children, but we have bought about 30 copies of this book to give to friends and family members. By continually giving copies away, we get to be continually delighted. We get rave reviews back from those who receive their copy from us. Last month, I read it to my wife on her birthday eve. It gave us an opportunity to laugh and talk, marvel at the art work, and just have fun.”
